This November more than 80 young musicians from Brighton & Hove schools & community groups come together to perform with the inspirational Nu Civilisation Orchestra at Brighton Dome Concert Hall. They will celebrate the music of six jazz greats who were born 100 years ago in 1917, after taking part in a special project, The Jazz Ticket, produced by Tomorrow's Warriors with a selection of fantastic jazz musicians of the moment. To hear music from Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, Mongo Santamaria, Tadd Dameron, Buddy Rich, Thelonious Monk as well as seeing archive film portraits, please join us there!
