Brighton Festival & Fringe City – Saturday 2 May
BHMA advanced musicians will be delighting the crowds once again on the opening day of the Brighton Festival & Brighton Fringe between 1pm-4pm on Saturday 2 May.
Brighton & Hove Youth Big Band and Concert Band were so well received at Fringe City last year that they’ve been invited back to kick off the show on their open air stage. Come on down and join the crowds to hear some high quality music – make sure to bring good weather with you or this won’t be going ahead! 1pm-2pm at the Unitarian open air stage on New Road.
Brighton Dome Foyer 2pm – 4pm will see acoustic sets from some of Brighton’s talented young singer/songwriters.
Brighton Museum and Art Gallery balcony and the Royal Pavilion Music Room 2pm – 4pm sees advanced brass, woodwind and string players and talented young musicians will play solos and form chamber ensembles to delight passers-by in these enchanting surroundings.
